This company charged my Master Card $144.89 on March 14th. After jerking me around for about 4 weeks and no service, I finally got tired of all their excuses ("... We received the LOA form, but it wasn't legible - please send again, etc., etc.) I realized right in the beginning that these guys were nothing but flakes.
So, I demanded an immediate cancellation of the account, since no service had never been established. After about 20 emails, I finally got them to acknowledge that I had sent back their adaptor for credit. That was on April 22.
Nearly 3 months have now passed, and after another 6 phone calls and 10 more non-responsive emails, I STILL don't have my refund of $144.89!!!
MY NEXT STEP IS TO FILE A REPORT WITH THE STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE AS WELL AS REPORT JOIPHONE ON EVERY WRITTEN COMPLAINT BOARD POSSIBLE ON THE INTERNET. I'm a detective by trade, and I may have to resort to more "creative" but legal leverage to get my satisfaction.
Apparently, after reading all the other complaints, this company specializes in terrible service with no refunds. They'll be serving time in prison soon...
