I purchased 10 pre-set appointments for Final Expense Life Insurance. All were no good:
Actual Results for the 7 I received:
1. Bad Address, Bad Phone Number
2. Said it was hard to understand the caller. (Actually visited her - but no need for help)
3. No Show
4. No Show
5. No Show
6. No Unit number - called. Prospect said that he couldn't understand the Hindi accent and hadn't agreed to a meeting.
7. Prospect was told that "all they will do is send papers." Told the appt setter that she "was all
set and didn't need to meet with anyone."
Company stated that "they don't issue refunds in cash, but will reschedule those that are "approved" for replacement."
I'm not holding my breath.
