I paid for Pre-Set appointments and what I received was anything but.
Senior-Marketing would send me pre-set schedule (normally arriving after 11pm) for the next day. I had requested "Pre-Set Final Expense" appointments.
Many of the so-called Pre-Set Prospects had the same complaint:
Could not understand the broken english - Talked too fast
Did not agree to an appointment&yet, Senior Marketing would send me out to the house.
On two of the appointments - I showed up at the house with Final Expense information but the prospects said that the telemarketer had said Medicare Information would be mailed to them.
I showed up at 1 prospects - she told me that she had told the Telemarketer that it was none of their business (to his questions) yet, they sent me out anyway.
I have even had leads outside of the county that I requested.
No Refunds - It is yet to be seen if I will be given a Replacement.
I have also requested a copy of the telemarketers conversations — yet to be received.
