When u go in line they have a fake truck with their log on. Saying planet van lines inc. When you call they tell you that they have 10 years of experience and their workers are uniform and proffesional... When they arrive to my location, they arrive with a rental budget car and they didnt have business cards or nothing. They double the price by telling me they go by the square feet. So they storage everything in the truck slappy so it will take more space... I ask them before they loaded the truck how much it was gonna cost and they lie to me after loading the truck double in the price... They told me that my stuff will be deliver to my location in 5 days... 2 weeks later all you get is a answer machine... I made a investigation and they have a storage companies... It took me weeks to get my stuff back and they stole half of my items and they told me to file a claim but they go by. 60 cents a pound... So how can u put a value in your stolen TV and Electronics and damaged furniture and all family photos... Careful with this company. Yanaya the sales girl tell you all the good things to get a sale!!!
