Planet Van Lines, INC (moving company) they move me from Pa to Florida... When They arrive over 2 weeks late. Items in boxes were removed and missing Items such TV and appliances and furniture was destroy as well. Took pictures and submit to the claim company and they agree to pay but that never happen. Not only I found out that my items were in storage til I complaint asking for my items... Is been months and try still wont return my calls or letters. I complaing to the BBB of Coastal Carolina. They also report that they wont answer their letters or calls. This company are crooks... They are rude... I cant afford to go to a lawyer so I posted in the web to few companys about them. Where later many people that use them also got rip off. They also stole and broke their furniture... I did my own investigation and they are a storage company not an official moving company. When you go to their website. They change it few times to hide their indentity... When I hired them they told me that they have their own truck with uniforms... They arrive in a budget rent a car with no business cards or nothing... They were late 5 hours that i didndt have time to hire someone else. I had a plane to catch that day... So they took advantage of me...
