Nationwide Relocation strikes again... Set up the move thru a lady named Pauline in Ft Lauderdale fl. She was my best friend in the world until they got the deposit from us. Then she became rude and couldnt give a straight answer on anything. Would tell you one thing and never followed up with it. Very unprofessional lady and company. They bait and switch on you. You get the quote and give a deposit and a week later call back to update the list and require a deposit twice the size of the last deposit. They promise a pickup date and when that pick up date arrives there is no truck... And no call to let you know anything..
When you call they want you to agree to a different pick up date. They are very rude and nasty people to work with. They lie and cant be trusted for your move. Pauline told me this morning she would call me in 2 hours because she cant find a carrier for the move... Been 4 and a half hours and no word... And if she acts as normal for her she wont call. So we wait with no moving truck, house packed up and electricity turned off while they sit there with 2500 dollars of my money and tells me lies about moving my house... I will start an email campaigne to let as many people know about the crooks that run this company. Stay away from nationwide relocation... Very dishonest people.
