On 6/5 my husband and I wrote a $1000 check as earnest money for Palm Harbor, told by Steve Roberts in Tomball that if financing wasnt approved we would be Fedex'd our deposit back within 3 days.
On 6/6 check cleared, we called Palm harbor, to check financing and it fell thru. Therefore we requested to confirm when our dep could be delivered. Scott (GM tomball) claims e-mail me a duplicate of the terminated check from your own lender and we are able to have it back this week. We did. Scott then says "nicely not necessarily this week, it'll be 10 days" We confirmed "10 days? Not 10 business days?" "Nope 10 times, ought to be returned on 6/16, you are able to come pick it-up."
6/16, Scott has gone out of work, not returning our calls.
