On February 12 i encountered the madison park apartments, when i walked into the front door of the apartment complex i was thrilled by the customer service and the lobby attractions. I first encounter a nice friendly agents who help me very well and took the time out with me to help me pick my new apartment that iwas going to move in and showed me numerous of vacant apartments within the builiding, so i decide too go with an one bedroom spacious and had alot of bedroom closet space. So on February 19 went to put my move in fee deposit of $250 down and then on that follow saturday the 26 of February i paid my rent of $950 of my first rental payment and then move in on the 4th of March i moved into my apartment new remodeled so call unit 713. So upon moving in i noticed that they never changed the dirty flirty livingroom shade when you come in, then noticed inside the bathroom that the exhaust fan hadnt been cleaned then came back inside the bathroom a few minutes later and discovered a leak from the ceiling that smelled like piss and sewage.
