Phony invoice for magazine subccription DISCOVER

The first week of May, I received an OFFER to subscribe to DISCOVER for one year for $24.95. Strange, as I had just paid my subscription 6 weeks ago to renew for another 3 years.

Credit card info was requested by Publishers Subscription Center of Lexington KY.

I phone the offices of DISCOVER and confirmed that my subscription was in order. {They are located in Des Moines Iowa}

I was advised that Publishers Subscription Center is a fradulant entity that collects credit card information and funds, and has no relationship with the publishers of DISCOVER.

I will turn over the material to Postal Inspectors.
