Cosby of Sirius called me 12/30 and requested for updated payment data, that we offered.

She couldn't discover any report of the credit I had been designed to obtain toward my next bill, and so I informed her repeatedly and undoubtedly-don't bill... Stop service. She nagged me for 4 more moments and that I hungup.

I've been charged $177 and also have no support. I used 46 minute on 1/3 to "customer care", Kirby, who had been ineffective.

I'm to complete a police statement, then your cost is likely to be ended by my Credit company. I've also ended that card, and submitted an FTC issue.

Customer support is worse than irresponsible: it's fradulent.

It has cost me so enough time (mobile phone costs) and tension that I do want to take away the section of my auto stereo that may actually advise me of Sirius.
