Terrible customer service

Had Lawn Tractor guarantee. Same component smashed 2nd period.incorrect components were requested. Correct components did not appear. The final straw is arranging a Sr. Fix technology in the future, and phone-line disconnected before tackle got updated. I called back, they might not plan an appt until 6 months later. I stated, 20 minutes before I had been about the point and got an appt planned for 5 times from today, and that I did not hang up the phone, and now it is removed?! I really donot understand. After I called back later, my telephone number discovered, the saving stated "you've an appt planned for (6 months from today)". I waited and spoke to somebody, stating I NEVER Planned that appt in 6 months. I mentioned I am through do not actually come see me" but they'd it within the data-base that the appt was planned in 6 months. On July first, I don't have to delay another 6 days, after ready 2.5 months, to obtain my mower fixed. Mess sears!!!
