Fraud! Scam! Beware!

I named Saveology to register for Dish network-based on the marketing which was marketed in a mailer. Upon calling, a number of things are responded which are exceptionally deceptive ("No setup fees with no installment costs!" Oh, but there is a $50 handling charge! But we forgot to place that about the advertisement!). They drive one to subscribe to a "free trial offer" of some service named "Assistance Team" - allegedly a techsupport assistance. I strongly attempted to decrease the "free trial offer", but was informed that I had a need to stop it after it had been prepared instead. Whatever. The phone call continues and much more questionable methods are discovered and I inform the man about the telephone I improved my brain; I actually donot wish to signal any type of agreement having a business that is this uneven. He convinces me to allow the technology come from the following day and that I may browse the agreement, easily still do not wish to signal it, all costs will soon be corrected and that I will not be penalised whatsoever... Good. I complete the phone call and hang-up. One hour later, I am still considering it, but still angry, therefore I contact Saveology back and stop. I examine 24 hours later, and also the $57 or whichever continues to be attributed back again to my bill.

Fast-forward 3 months - I discover a cost on my charge card that I actually donot understand - "Assistance Team - $9.99-888-225-8568". I seek my mail for "assistance team" and find out the first mail from Saveology. Therefore, I contact the telephone number and clarify the support was terminated, I never needed it within the first-place, I actually donot have Dish Network, and that I never got any expenses, statements, confirmations and sometimes even consideration data from "Assistance Team" to actually have the ability to utilize their solutions. They state that they are able to just change 30 daysis value of costs. They state that they cannot change something significantly more than that since I bought the support via a third party merchant (Saveology), however the CSR also claims that Saveology could not change the costs both. Me: "Wait... I believed Saveology was only a third party merchant plus they couldnot return the charges?!?!"

Saveology: "Sir, I stated that we're a merchant for Dish Network, and that I couldnot return any costs from them."

Me: "Who stated something about costs from Dish Network? Used to donot ask you SOMETHING about Dish Network! This is actually the very first time anyone described Dish Network in this phone! Therefore, you're associated with Assistance Team then?"

Saveology: "Yes, friend, that is what I said..."

Me: "Whatever. You need to rush up and approach my reimbursement before I shed it."

Saveology: "You must begin to see the reimbursement you charge card record within 14 business days"

Exactly What A friggin' fraud! Watch out for Saveology and Assistance Team! If these folks obtain a your hands on your creditcardnumber, be sure you examine your claims! And keep checking your claims!!
