I did a google search for Apple Contact Tech Support and I called a number that purported to be an apple rep. After discussing my concerns about my MACBook Air, he offered me a $100 gift card and free subscription to Saveology. The only thing they needed was my credit card number to confirm my identity and age. The rep swore that my card wouldn't be charged. I never received the gift card and my card was charged twice! Do not use saveology. Complete SCAM! Fraud! Beware.
