In early May I sent an order, along with my check, to Haband. The order was misinterpreted and other goods added, along with additional costs. I cancelled the order, requesting my $98.96 be returned. Since May I have called 3 times and was assured each time, that my money would be refunded within 2 weeks time. No refund Yet! I am about to call a 4th time but I want to talk to some one of authority¬ a customer rep. Failing the 4th time I intend to send a registered letter to "Duke" and a copy of the letter to the BBB of Trenton, N.J. Failing there, I will carry it further.
