I am seeking help to discontinue my unwanted billing from storeybill (www.storeybill.com). The websited had billed my twice already but I do not remember subscribing to any of their online services.
I sent two emails to their customer support but both bounced back. It appears that the email address that they provided might be non-existent or outright bogus.
Please help me on this one. I can no longer waive the unwanted charges since they have already been credited to by credit card.
I never disclose my credit card information and I always use paypal if and whenever I do make purchases online.
Kindly aid me on this.
