Poor customer support, will not attend to email complaint, unwanted billing to my credit card, poor monitoring of cancelled membership, uncooperative site

I want to report a complaint against Inter Web, Inc. For charging my credit card for an unwanted billing of $39.97. This has been going on for the past three months.

I discontinued/cancelled my subscription with their service two months ago but the site keeps on billing me for this amount.

I am appealing to anyone from your department to please help me out on this one.

I do not wish to be billed by a service that I have no need either today or in the months/years to come.
