I recently purchased a SAMPLE from an online survey of a product named LeanLifePM. However, 12 days later I recieved 2 more bottles in the mail and was charged $97.41 on my credit card. I was furious and immediately tried to contact them. First of all by phone which after several, and I mean several, repeated calls concluded with no rsults and added to my frustration.
I had returned the product and sent an e-mail and then waited of course for a refund which was never provided. So today I decide to go online and investigate, try to find out more information on this company when I came across this link claiming that the company was a fraud. Well they are definetly a fraud and action needs to take place to keep these fools from taking advantage of online costumers. I t gives online business a bad name and steers customers away from using there credit card informtion online and from making online purchases. Online shopping is supposed to be a convienence not an inconvienence.
Victims of fraudulant credit card charges worry about more than just getting there money back, we worry about identity theft and future charges that can be easily hidden under different vendor names.
Once someone has your credit card information and takes advantage of that there is no telling how or what else they will use that information for. I am outraged, I have been a devout online shopper and this is the first for me and now whenever I make a purchase I think twice. There will be a lot less online shopping for me after this experience.
