I had been the target of the Mystery-Shopper fraud. I cashed the check against my consideration just later to discover the check was countfeit. Once the banks Loss Reduction approached me I instantly apologized for them and informed them I'd be prepared to spend the cash in funds. I also submitted a police record. I believed that people had an awareness and was informed from the Asst lender Supervisor to get hold of Losing avoidance Department on that Friday plus they could be ready to avoid selections and put up a cost program. On that Friday after I named I talked to R - who delivered me to N - voicemail. She never bothered to contact me but proceeded to withdraw all of the resources out-of both my checking and checking account inorder to help make the lender total with no respect in my experience the customer. When I named after getting notice of the she mentioned it had been authorized to do this and Also To get obtain a backup of contract in the lender and hungup. Additionally they returned all my inspections and charged me jump check fees in addition to daily facility charges. These are hard financial situations of course if any lender could not care less should you spend your Mortgage or every other expenses They aren't the type of lender you need to conduct business with. This can be a lender with no scruples or empathy for anybody. Don't Bank there Please study from my knowledge. Offended twice! Saint by Scammer then by National City Bank!!!
