Our NYC & Co. Bill was late since no body bothered to revise my data after I moved. And, YES, I did so complete the change of tackle last moment I settled. I'venot noticed a statement in some time, therefore did not consider it. Abruptly, I've been BOTHERED (by that I am talking about upwards or 10 telephone calls each day) by these folks to obtain their $70. I called to pay for it today. The very first thing they are doing is confirm your consideration having a pc, then move one to an individual who enables you to repete the info again. Resonably frustrated, consitering. After blathering through the comversation (his highlight was terrible) he explained there is ANOTHER $10 to pay for by telephone, along with all of this curiosity they charged by not supplying me having a statement. Third-time I contact, I talk to a supervisor-supervisor, who virtually inform me to sh*t in my own cap and created several individual comments centered on my rage. After I questioned her for my bill number (no expenses, remember) she explained she could not provide that info out within the telephone. Meanwhile, I'd provided my social protection amount to four different people. It was a terrible terrible terrible terrible experiance, the toughest I Have ever endured about the telephone. I a shocked their employees might hang-up on clients, ecpecially those people who are in control and really should be placing a good example. I can't wait to stop my bill together, and that I am never placing base in a shop again.
Oh - plus they explained I might HAVE SIGNIFICANTLY MORE costs when my new expenses comes since it might be within the next period. Worst ever.
