In May I changed my telephone support to Time-Warner wire and also have been lamenting it. Each time I talk to a Period Warner repetition, I get various data. Tech-Support explained that I actually donot have voicemail after which I spoke towards the repetition to protest and include the support and was informed that, obviously, I actually do have voicemail. I acquired my first statement also it was $50 significantly more than I anticipated. I attempted to-go online to check on and needed to put up two balances: Time-Warner and PayXpress. Cannot put up PayXpress with no client signal from my statement but I actually donot obtain a document statement therefore cannot get it done. Customer care wont provide me the client signal since I am just the co-owner of the consideration not the main operator. To date spoken to four individuals and about the telephone for 25 units and checking. I've to replicate my info with every individual: title, telephone number, tackle, safety rule. "For safety reasons" they cannot move the data in one repetition to a different. Are you kidding me?! I'm SO sorry I changed to Timewarner.
