Tnt investments the perfect crime, why you should't trust your realtor

I've known this man for years and have invested thousands of dollars on fix and flip properties. This last one was my demise.
I gave Trujillo 80 grand to fix up a property which he then used to live on. He kept making excuses that he had a problem getting people to show up to work.
Trujillo then managed to fix the property enough to get a loan on the property behind my back and sucked all the money out on a refinance. Hopefully he will end up in criminal court for theft.
