Do not rent to these people they left our property oweing us back rent and property damage of $5000.00 we are not the first tenants they have done this to I talked to thier ex tenants they did the same to them they have been taken to court and ordered to pay but never did. They broke windows, left the home & yard dirty. They work for t - mobile in Albuquerque, and have 5 children.
