My wife wanted to order a dress but was not sure it would fit. She called Divine Boutique and was told that she could return the dress for a refund.
When she returned it, they then said store credit only.
When we called them to see if we could fix the problem the lady I spoke to was rude and condescending and said - too bad. Store credit only and good luck with your credit card company.
Needless to say, AMEX has reversed the charge.
Be careful buying from this store - they will say anything to get an order but will not stand behind their word.
