I purchased a dress at Cynthia Rowley that I realized was ripped and damanged once I got home. I contacted to store for a return. I sent the dress to them by fed ex, but they never credited my credit card. I complained to my credit card, and the store now is saying that they refuse to return my money. They recieved a dress and they still won't give me my money!!!
