Well apparently the store Manager, Carla Evans at the Fairview Heights, IL store doesn't realize where exactly her pay check comes from.
I have NEVER in my life been treated so poorly by a STORE MANAGER at any retail store in my life. I find it hard to believe she is at that level of management. With all the people out of work and looking for work, I would think they (Kohl's) could find someone better suited for the job.
If you have any issue with that store, I suggest you try talkin to the store manager to resolve it. She isn't interested in customer service at all.
