Requested a product on line 3/23 with shipping mentioned as 5-10 business. Site mentioned I'd get mail when product was delivered. Never received a contact. After many times I experimented with monitor product with bill and purchase number. Message on following website maintained returning as "no info accessible" (despite 2 weeks had passed.
After many telephone calls to customer support (attempting to talk to individuals who might hardly speak Language and maintained interrupting me when I attempted to describe) and three various emails (which required many times before these were responded), I had been provided a following range t/FedEx to no avail. After waiting 2 weeks I named again and was informed it'd be delivered again by overnight shipping. Waited two more times. Product never came. Named again informed product could be delivered for appearance in 3 times! After whole of 21 times because requested, product remains not shipped even though it was billed to my charge card. HarborFeight got their cash and that I got only suffering
Bottom-line - bad support, rude workers and lied to varied occasions about shipping day.
