I am writing this complaint because I have not yet reveived my money for claim filed last year 9/21/210 for damages to my furniture during my move from New York to Arizonia. They won't call me back nor send me any explanation of any kind. I can't get any return calls nor letters. I have spoken to a Tina a least 20 times over the past 8 months. The person she says will call me back is Mary Richards. I am beginning to think she does not even work there. All I want is my money due to me on my furniture that I had filled out all the necessary papers and photos I sent to them last year. I have become irritated over this whole mess and I want something done about it because my next step is to contact the BBB and turn them in.
