My husband and I purchased a mattress and boxspring set from The Dump in 2005. The set came with a full 20 year warranty.in 2007 we began to experience problems with the mattress.
We filed a claim in 2007 thru Haynes Furniture which handled all of the claims and after 6 months we were told that The Dump now handled all of their own claims so we would need to re-file our claim.
By then it was February at which time we re-filed the claim as instructed. We sent in pictures, forms, everything as asked to.
Well it is now October. We are still dealing with this claim. Every time we call there is another excuse as to why they are still processing the claim!
