I purchased merchandise from Buy.com and rebates were offered by them and the manufacturere. I sent in idenical information to both parties. The manufacturer sent me the rebate buy Buy.com never responded. When I contacted them they informed me that I needed to send a sales receipt. I wrote and informed them that it was a credit card purchase on their credit card and resent all information. That was 3 months ago and still no rebate and no reply. Their rebate center is located in Arizonia and is protected by Arizonia state law. These rebate centers are rippin off thousands of people every day and it needs to stop. Buy.com will not respond to any of my e-mails.
