GREEN SOLUTIONS, INC Scaming Customers On Amazon!

Green Solutions INC. Sells Solar Products online at Amazon.com. They also sell products on a TBA Soldonsun.com. They list their US OFFICE as 1249 S. Diamond Bar # 55, Diamond Bar CA 91765, which is NOT AN OFFICE, but a POSTAL ANNEX named Diamond Bar Shipping and Delivery. His actual business address is 1640 Kiowa Crest, Diamond Bar, CA. 90765. The Kiowa Crest address is actually a SINGLE CAR GARAGE. The city of Diamond Bar is investigating if this residential property is zoned for business purposes. Because of space, inventory is VERY LIMITED and most of the business does DROP SHIPMENTS overseas, like China. Below is just a few complaints over a 2 MONTH PERIOD:

1."My son asked me if the lamp was bought from garage sale. "Sorry Son, I bought a new one for U, but it came with many scratches." "Mr. Manager Jay, it's been 3 weeks and where's the replacement you promised to send?" Since I didn't feel your sincerity on the phone, I am not surprised I didn't receive it. 2."ordered product as discribed recieved a lesser version contacted seller about ad said that i did not read ad correctly sent a copy of add that discribed the product as advertized. The next time i went to his sight the add was reworded. He said i could return the product. I did not want to add more cost to this deal so i kept the item and ordered all the parts from another supplier." Rated by Buyer: Craig

3. COMPLETE NIGHTMARE! I ordered solar panels, charge controllers, cables and connectors over 1 1/2 months ago, and my system is still NOT WORKING! This seller has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! When you PROMISE your customer that a item will be shipped and it isn't. And THEN WON'T ANSWER PHONE CALLS & EMAILS! I had the seller inspect the install... No problems... 4."Original light was on time. Hired an electrician. Light defective. Followed the return policy. New light never came. Had to make 3 calls. Finally got word that it had been re-shipped. Still isn't here. I'll wait until Monday, May 2 and then start the process again. This $30 light has become very expensive. $50 for electrician and $10 to return it. Electrician has to come back!!! 8."They are on backorder but geez! Today is the deadline for delivery and if I don't get the lamp by TODAY I will be demanding a refund. It's funny that I ordered a SAD lamp in winter and MIGHT receive it by summer. Lol"Rated by Buyer: Stephanie R.

11."Item arrived right away, but packaging was poor, and the bulb was broken when I removed the lamp from the box. The item seemed to have been unpacked and hurriedly repacked prior to shipping - the cord was not contained or in its plastic bag (the bag was enclosed). 12."Item arrived and worked for five minutes. Tried replacement bulb and it still did not work. Was virtually impossible to get a hold of the seller after their initial e-mail that said "we'll send you another bulb for the lamp." It took five weeks to finally get them on the phone. 13."This company should be removed from Aamazon. I emailed for a damaged lamp delivery on 2/3. Jay/Owner offered me a refund & suggested to buy a bulb and keep the unit.- sounded nice! But I did not receive refund immediately. I emailed for it on 2/18 & 2/25, and there were no reply. I called him on 2/28 and got it except shipping charge. I guess he waited for me to forget it.
