In the spring of 2010 J. Randy Dorcy Law Firm sent a letter to us saying they could get us a loan modification on our house.in June we paid them $1,500 and then another $1500 in July, a total of $3,000. They said it would be 100% refunded to us if denied by the bank. The loan modification was denied and now they refuse to give us our money back. We have tried to contact them many times but they do not answer their phones and only contact us through e-mail. They keep making up excuses not to return our money. They keep saying that they want to try applying a different way. We have recently found out that their company has committed fraud with other people whose story is just like ours. I encourage everyone to report these people.
