I have purchased Horlicks plain 500gm jar at Star Bazar, Ahmedabad on dt. 02/10. It is to bring to your notice that the free gift attached with product (ADD gel achiever pen worth Rs. 30) has not been given alongwith the product and asked me to collect in the next visit even in the next visit on dt. 10/10/20 they told me that the free item has not been received from your end. You may please verify and arrange for the proper delivery of goods as per the specification so that the customer will not suffer and your reputation in market will be intact.
