Just wow! The EXACT same story in dealing with Michelle here too!
I ordered 2 storm trooper earbuds back in October '10. They were in pre-order status and remained that way until half a year later. Exchanged several emails w / Michele and was told about her health condition and the detrimental effect it had on her company.
I felt horrible at first for being so cranky with her. But, after several promises of a refund via money order and later through paypal, which never materialized... Any compassion I initially had is pretty much kaput. Sorry if this sounds insensitive... But, ill or not, what she did was wrong and I just want my $43.58 back!
Michele, I know you're reading this. Shame on you! You lied to me! I even comforted and encouraged you when I heard about your condition. Don't I feel foolish!
I warned you that I'd report you didn't I... And, it's been several weeks AFTER your last promise of a refund through Paypal.
Just do what's right and refund me my money!
