I notified the company in early December that I was moving. I originally called Speigal directly.
I was told to call Card Processing. Card Processing said that I had to put my request in writing which I did.
The change of address was listed with the payment due for January. It is now February 12 and I haven't received another bill.
My concern is that of other customers. I anticipate a late fee. I don't want this on my credit report.
