I keep getting invoiced from FCNB and I have not made a purchase from Speigal (The card used to be for Speigal) in over a year. I keep paying the bill not seeing any details. Finally after being so stupid I called them and actually got a person on the other end of the phone. I told him I wanted a final balance so I can close the account. I paid the bill via check and thought that was that. Not more than a week later I received another bill for $36.74, with no explation of charges. I tried to call them but now the recording does not allow you to transfer to a person, rather it tells you to write in.
Now I am really mad so I did a search and found your website with people writing the same thing! Is there a class action suit? How do I find out more about this?
