I called Absolute Comfort Air Conditioning (281-550-5640) as a result of an ad
placed on our subdivision monthly community newsletter because the A/C was not
cooling.
The technician promised to be there within 2 hours. I asked him to call me when he
is nearby; in the meantime I went to a neighbor and left someone at the house.
Later he called to inform me that the work was finished and that he forgot to call
me. He was at the house less than 10 minutes and the bill was $ 335. When
I asked what he did, he mentioned that he changed a fuse. I asked him to give
me the old one back, and he said, he threw it away.
What a rip-off! Can you believe this?
