I recieved a bill from this company for over $450. I was out of town on the date that these calls were made. I live alone in an apartment. I have now recieved a bill from AT & T as well for over $150 for this same time. AT & T is NOT my long distance company.
I have disbuted all bills. I sent a certified letter to Alyon disbuting these charges. I have filed a FTC report, and I have mailed a compliant to the Attorney General of Oklahoma. I plan on filing more compliants with the Attonery General of Gerogia, and the FBI as has been suggested here.
I found and deleted the mini-dailer, described on this site. I also found a connection providing a remote excess to my computer, which I had not had earlier. I deleted this as well.
I do not know how this company got access to my computer, or got my phone number, or my name, or my address. I just know I did not use their "service"! I will not pay for something I did not use!
