Placed an order on www.colibrimall.com which was to be shipped 3-5 business days from purchase date. After a week, I went to their website to check the status of my order and it said "not shipped". However, I had already been charged. I tried calling the customer service number on their website more than 10 times to try and get a live customer service rep on the phone. I've left 3 voicemails and sent 2 emails to customer service. When I called the automated message states that a phone call will be returned within 1 day and I've yet to get a response. I've reported them to the Better Business Bureau. This is crazy!
This company is a rip-off and I want a refund! I'm furious!!!
