I placed an order on November 21. The website claims that the order will be processed and shipped in 10 - 14 business days. I kept checking the order status on line and when it had not been shipped by the 16th business day I called customer service and had to leave a message to cancel the order.
I received a portion of the order today January 20. I no longer wanted the order as it was supposed to be Christmas presents. I have now been listening to a recording asking me to hold for assistance for 30 minutes... Does this company even know what customer service is?!
Obviously this company does whatever they want to do. Customer service is an answering machine and they apparently delete the messages that would cost them an order.
Their website claims that they can have the order shipped in 10 - 14 business days. If this is not a possibility, then they need to stop making false claims on their website.
