I ordered a cigar cutter, punch and a lighter, which I thought were pretty expensive, but hey - you get what you pay for, right? Well, I didn't get anything for my hundred bucks! I called to cancel the order and asked them to reverse the charges on my credit card. Two weeks later... Nothing. As it turns out, I was very lucky to speak to someone early on. They don't answer the phone, will not return your call, or respond to your e-mail. There usually is a phone message saying "sorry, but we won't be taking any calls today..." This is NOT A REAL COMPANY! Keep your money and shop elsewhere. Now, I've disputed the charges with my credit card company, so I will keep my fingers crossed. Don"t shop here!
