I Must say how utterly disappointed I am with the customer service experience I have received In dealing with this company. First off, my Card was Charged the amount of purchase on the day I placed the order 11/11. I have attempted to reach someone in customer service by phone nearly every day since, and have been met with The automated message Sorry, we are not taking calls today. The one time was able to get thru and spoke to I believe her name was Nellea all she did was update the status of my order from Not Shipped to Completed fedex,
However, I never received a tracking number, or a callback, or an email, not to mention the item I purchased
