Over paid for insurance and had no insurance for 2 months. Stuck with broke phone rip off Internet ohio

Paid for insurance. Was told by customer service I had insurance and I could make a claim. I did and the insurance people told me I didn't have insurance yet and terminated me.

Now I'm stuck with a broken 300 dollar phone. And I never received my rebate for two phones I brought at the same time. But I over looked it, along with the bad service, and dropped calls.
