This company open credit card processing account for you, never send anything in writing, and charge you without any logic your account, i opened an account, not two accounts, just one, and i was supposed to be charged around 14.00 dollars plus the transaction fee (1,54%) plus 0.20 cents per transaction. I never used the account, because of an accident, but i keep my account open because it was supposed also to be free for 3 months. Since i started the service in november 18 aproximately, well ready to start paying after feb 18, but this company start taking money from my account since Jan 03. And for my surprise i was being charged from 3 different companies, 14.95,20.00,39.90 every month, in february 03 i noticed being charged twice for the same company. 39.90 and the same day 64.90, my bank called me thinking it was suspicious, and still is, well after 2 months going back and forward, and fighting with at least 3 different people, and never heard fron my agent after several messages, I received a call from somebody called Jacqueline Maldonado as ICS Sales Support Manager, who after talking several times tranferred me to Collections and start talking to Bryan because of the 350.00 cancelation fee I was charged for the account closed because of a lack of payments. This company offers me 2.00 dollars per month (processing fees) and 2.00 for the virtual terminal and 10.00 for statement in the virtual terminal account that was never set or used. It was supposed to be set later on time when my business started (it never did because of my card accident). Now i have no answer from Colt (my agent), Bryan (from collections was the worst CSR or Senior Manager or whatever he is that i ever spoke to over the phone). If this guy is handling the complaints in this company. Well now i understand why you guys have so many complaints. Going to the BBB to resolve this.
