When I opened an account with Leaders Merchant Services I noticed that they started to charge my account for unauthorized fees. When I confronted them they were full of explanations. But this was only a start! I closed my business I called and asked to close my merchant account, well happened to have rental credit card station which I was sent back with a letter where I asked once again to close my account. To have a proof I mailed by US POstal Delivery Confirmation Receipt, so I got the proof! So here they go and charge my account next month even I don't have any activity on my account and my business was closed a month earlier. When I called I was told my account was still active and the department was not handling account closing and nobody knew anything. I was transferred from one person to other and finally I was cut off and I had to start all over again calling back. So finally somebody told me that now I had to write a letter and ask close my account by FAX! Well I did and 2 moths later my account is still charged for a credit card station lease! When ever I called when I was using their service I got poor customer service I was transferred from one person to other or I was cut off. I have called twice to my bank to file dispute and finally my bank put a stop so they are not able to charge my account. Leaders Merchant Services put my account to hold and are charging my account. They are not willing to close my account, when I asked back unauthorized payments during past 2 years, they told me that I have agreed for fees, what is false. When I opened my account a sales guy Robert said that they will send used credit card station for free because I already had my own printer, so right a way they were charging a fee for a station. After I asked close my account I sent back a station, Us POstal Tracking nro shows that it was received and signed by L Morgata, I have proof from Us Postal but they still refuse to close my account.
