I was so happy to be able to order some Tom's of Maine products online after local sources dried up during the recession. However, when I ordered on the Tom's site I ended up at drugstore.com. The order was shipped promptly via drugstore.com but when it arrived 4 of the 5 deodorant containers had loose caps with product leakage all over the contents of the shipping container. What a mess! Most shippers would have put the deodorant in a ziplock bag as a precaution, but that was not done. I would estimate a 20% waste of purchased product, but the mess was the worst problem.
