I had thought my order would be shipped free and I was charged for it. I wrote Drugstore.com and within 24 hours I received a email explaining why I was charged for shipping but that they would credit my account to cover my shipping expense. I am very happy with Drugstore.com's quick response to this matter and will continue to shop there.
