I placed an order with this company and immediately realized they had not included my last name on the shipping address. DRUGSTORE.com would not confirm, change the shipping address or cancel the order. My requests were in a timely manner. They respond with computer generated messages that have NOTHING to do with addressing my complaint. I have brought this matter to PayPal. Maybe I'll get a proper response from drugstore.com but I doubt it. I urge everyone to give your business to someone else. They have demonstrated to me that drugstore.com is another RIPOFF!
