I received a flyer in the mail to get 500 bonus funpoints if I shopped 3 times in October at the listed places. I did 5 purchases within the time specified and have not received the points as of yet. I called 3 times and have been on the phone for over 30 to 45 minutes each time and still have had no satisfaction in the matter. I was told there had to be an investigation into the matter. First I was told I was sent the flyer by mistake, which is not my fault, I did what it said do. I should not have to worry when I get a flyer if it is legitimate or not, and I should not have to call every time before I use it. This is a waste of my time over something that should be cut and dry. I am not happy with the service I have received in the las 2 days over the phone. I feel like I should be compensated something for my time because it has taken a number of hours and still nothing has been accomplished. If this is thekind of service I will receive from this company I will find another credit card to use for bonus points that will not give me the grief and hassle that this card has done.
