I placed my order with Rhinomart on 2/5. They made me jump through hoops on their paperwork for two weeks, and then finally in week 3 one box showed up when I'd ordered about $500 worth of items. Customer service handed me excuse after excuse during weeks 3-6, then vanished. It is now 3/28 and I still don't have all of my items! Not only that, but super sketchy Rhinomart has now taken all of their customer contact information off of their website, disabled their online chat option, and when you call you get either a busy signal or an error message. These people are con artists. Check the reviews and you'll find several other stories that are similar to mine. They've flat out disappeared. I even attempted to contact the owner, Drawlon Tsang via Facebook and let him know about the problem. He flat out ignored me. I've filed complaints with the BBB, the California Attorney General's office, and the FTC. If fraud protection on my account doesn't cover what I'm out, I'm just going to have to flat out sue these people. Anybody in the mood for a class action lawsuit?
The event that I'd order these items for passed a month ago. The ones that showed up are of a mediocre quality at best. If you haven't done any business with Rhinomart, don't. If you have, I urge you to file complaints with anyone who will listen, and sue them if you have to. These people don't need to be in business anymore if this is how they run things.
