I ordered 5 items. After a MONTH with no contact, they delivered 3 items. (I thought the delay might be because items were on back order. Not the case.)
I emailed about the shortage and was told I'd get a refund for the other 2 items. After several back and forth emails, the "Customer Service" person said they really don't have the authority to issue refunds because they are only "factory workers." They said my request for a refund was forwarded to the owner of the company, but 2 months later there is no further contact and no refund.
I have now lodged a formal complaint with my Attorney General's office, including copies of all correspondence, invoice, etc. From this company. I understand that the AG of your state wants to know about these bottom feeders, and will take action. The more AG's who receive complaints about the company, the more likely that the company will either shape up or disapear.
